Is the Wellbeing Space available to people who are not staying at Casa Gangotena?
Initially, the Wellbeing Space will only be open to hotel guests.
We invite you to enjoy a wonderful stay where you can wake up in the Historic Center of Quito and access our Wellbeing Space, enjoy delicious cuisine in our restaurant, guest-exclusive activities, a privileged view of Quito from our rooftop terrace, and so much more.
How do I request a wellbeing treatment?
Once you are checked-in at the hotel, get in touch with reception to make a reservation or contact our concierge directly.
What types of treatments can I receive at the Wellbeing Space?
Massages, hair (washing and brushing), manicures, and pedicures.
Do I have to walk through the inner courtyard to get to the Wellbeing Space?
Yes, to get to the Wellbeing Space simply make your way through the inner patio (or Loggia), head outside across the courtyard and walk towards the back and to the left.
Are there any age restrictions for hair treatments and services?
For treatments such as massages, the minimum age for admission is 16. For hair appointments, there is no age restriction as long as any minors are accompanied by an adult.
How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?
You must arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Our concierge will greet you with our spa questionnaire and escort you to the Wellbeing Space.
Is there a dress requirement for the Wellbeing Space?
There is no required attire to enter the Wellbeing Space. Though, as an added biosafety measure, it is recommended that guests take a shower in their room prior to attending their massage appointment.
Can I receive a body massage in my room?
Yes. If you wish to receive this service in your room, you must contact reception or our concierge in advance.
